COOKING CLASS
Would you like to impress your friends, or continue to enjoy typical Moroccan dishes when you get home? Take advantage of your stay to learn Moroccan cuisine in one of our traditional cooking workshops, and share a moment of conviviality during a culinary training session followed by a tasting of your creations during a meal. Program of the workshop 1. Meet at the training site in the Medina, welcome and prepare traditional Moroccan mint tea. 2. Head to the market to discover the place, the products, the spices and the flavors, and make the necessary purchases to prepare the day's dishes. 3. Back to the workshop: guided by our cook and equipped with your apron, you'll become the chef for a day, creating an assortment of Moroccan starters, a traditional dish, followed by a dessert. 4. Over a meal, accompanied by your fellow cooks, you'll enjoy the day's preparations. RATE: 80€ / 880 MAD for 2 people and 30€/330MAD per additional person
